Mr. Treffer has a BS degree in Business Administration and Labor Relations from the University of Maryland, School of Business. He has spent more than 35 years inspecting, analyzing, and reporting on all types of residential developments. He holds the RS (Residential Specialist) Designation from CAI and has completed reserve studies throughout South Carolina from Fort Mill to Spartanburg, Myrtle Beach to Hilton Head, and Wilmington, North Carolina and the surrounding areas.
He has extensive experience working with Board Members and providing guidance during and after the completion of the reserve study. He also provides Board orientation seminars and presents reserve studies at HOA meetings. Emerson’s goal is to be sure all of the Board members, the Community Manager, and residents are well informed and understand the value of a reserve study.
Mr. Boychuk has a BS degree from Temple University and is an experienced consultant with expertise in working on large projects and leading a team. He has experience in strategic planning, budgeting, cost controls, and leading a Homeowner Association. He has served on the Board and as President of a local HOA. Thus, he brings real world expertise and provides solutions to our clients.
Mr. Treffer holds two BS Degrees from Campbell University and has a property management license. He has years of experience inspecting and documenting data for reserve studies. In addition, he has experience with large residential and commercial projects including high rise projects.
Juanita Treffer, Comptroller began her working career for a company that delivered contracts for the airline industry. She then became an Administrative Secretary for Circuit Court judges. Juanita has over 30 years’ experience in reviewing reserve studies, subdivision studies, residential and commercial valuations, as well as residential and commercial inspection reports.
Alicia Burgess is our IT consultant and has a BS and a master’s degree. She assists with our marketing and assists in completing our monthly Constant Contact. Through this monthly newsletter she provides valuable information for the Board Members and the Community Managers. She has experience with reserve studies and completing inspections of several types of real estate.
John S. Salter Jr. has earned a Master's Degree in Biology and been working in wetlands since 2010. He has studied endangered wetland fish, plants, and mammals. He has also worked on wetland mitigation with the US Navy and private clients. In 2014, he worked for Clemson University conducting research in the forested wetlands and saltmarshes of the Waccamaw Neck and Savannah National Wildlife Refuge. John has completed pond management via fish stocking, bathymetric studies, and chemical vegetation control.
